Africa’s startup ecosystem is built on connections, bringing the right entrepreneurs, investors and technology leaders together to share ideas and create new opportunities.

In 2018, Edge worked with MEST to bring that community together for the MEST Africa Summit in Cape Town, a major pan-African gathering of entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem leaders.

We worked across every part of the event, from shaping the programme and sourcing speakers to stakeholder engagement, production, suppliers and on-the-ground delivery.

It was an exciting opportunity to combine our knowledge of Africa’s technology ecosystem with what we love about events: bringing great people and ideas together and turning them into an experience that works.
